Nightmare on Spice Street

All credit goes to Colin Maxwell, the EMM Group’s head bartender.

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 oz. vanilla vodka
• ½ oz. pumpkin spice syrup (see recipe below)
• ¾ oz. lemon juice
• ½ oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
• ¼ oz. Frangelico

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Shake hard and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a dash of cinnamon.

For pumpkin spice syrup, blend the following ingredients until smooth:
1 15 oz. can of pumpkin puree
2 cups water
1½ cups sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. ground dried ginger
½ tsp. nutmeg
¼ tsp. ground cloves

MY THOUGHTS:

There was waay to much effort put into this drink, but it paid off.

Gears of War: Imulsion

INGREDIENTS

• 1.5 oz. gold rum
• 3/4 oz. triple sec
• 6 oz. NOS Energy Drink

DIRECTIONS:

Mix the rum and triple sec in glass a highball glass.  Add in Energy drink and chill with ice.  Kill hoards of Lambent and Locust at will!

MY THOUGHTS:

This is a great drink. You could definitely do it with any other energy drink but it worked great with NOS and Rockstar.

IS IT A STRONG DRINK?

Nope. At least in comparison to other drinks I have reviewed so far.

TRY OR PASS?

I would definitely try it.

Pokemon: Articuno

All credit goes to the Drunken Moogle.

INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz Hpnotiq
• .75 oz Gin
• .25 oz Lime Juice
• Club soda to fill

DIRECTIONS:

Combine ingredients into cocktail shaker, shake over ice and pour over one large ice cube. Only if you can’t use Ice Beam though.

MY THOUGHTS:

The Articuno cocktail is cool, flavorful, and smooth. This is definitely one of the better Pokemon themed drinks I have tried so far on this site.

IS IT A STRONG DRINK?

Not really, it tastes a little strong depending on what kind of gin you use to make it.

TRY OR PASS?

Yes, it is a delicious drink to just sit outside and relax.
