The Rosemary’s Baby

All credit goes to Julia Hughes, head bartender at New York’s Louis649.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 oz. Molinari Sambuca
  • 1 oz. green creme de menthe
  • 1 oz. heavy cream

DIRECTIONS:

Combine in shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with shaved extra dark chocolate and a rosemary sprig.

MY THOUGHTS:

The rosemary sprig makes this a unique looking drink. This is the kind of drink I would sit at a bar with, just to make people judge.

IS IT A STRONG DRINK?

Nope.

TRY OR PASS?

Try it, no question about it.
